This is a command line utility based on decomposePar.

Description
This is a command line utility based on decomposePar, modified to decompose,
only lagrangian clouds from OpenFOAM (in barycentric coordinates) and to automatically
skip particleClouds written by CFDEMcoupling (this data is not read at restart anyways).
Using the -noLagrangian flag, all decomposition of Lagrange data can be skiped.
