fix dragforce/coupled command

Syntax
The same syntax as for fix dragforce is used (except appending /coupled). All force models of fix dragforce are available. There are variants of this model for multisphere (dragforce/multisphere/coupled) and multisphere using point cloud representation (dragforce/multisphere/pointcloud/coupled).

Description
This model is used when drag is calculated in DEM and coupled to CFD using 4-way coupling, where the DEMbasedDrag model must be applied.
Restart, fix_modify, output, run start/stop
No information about this fix is written to binary restart files. No fix_modify option applies to this fix. This fix computes no output, which can be accessed by various output commands. No parameter of this fix can be used with the start/stop keywords of the run command.
